Empiric Therapy	Dose	Duration
	1-12 years old:	10 days
Oseltamivir	≤ 15kg: 30mg PO daily
	> 15-23kg: 45mg PO daily
	> 23-40kg: 60mg PO daily
	> 40kg: 75mg PO daily
	≥ 13 years old:	10 days
	75mg PO daily
or
Zanamivir	≥ 7 years old:	10 days
	10mg inhaled by mouth once daily
